This year Cantine Aperte (Open Cellar Doors) will be held on May 31st and as in the past years we will again be offering our guests a rich buffet.
During the course of the day’s activities we will be organizing visits to our vineyards and wine cellar, as well as tastings of our wines paired with local products, including:
-Piacentine dop Salumi, presented by ALIMENTARI BONIBALDONI of Sarmato;
-Organic bread from the mountain areas of our territory supplied by the consortium BIO VALTREBBIA, Producers’ Association of Val Trebbia and Val Tidone;
-Caciotta cheese, from the mountain areas, produced by the CASEIFICIO AGNELLI cheese producer, member of the Bio Valtrebbia group;
-Traditional cheeses and Grana Padano made exclusively using milk from the Piacentine hills, presented by the CASEIFICIO SOCIALE VAL TIDONE cheese producer of Borgonovo Val Tidone;
-Carnaroli rice from the FAMIGLIA BROGLIA farm of Settimo di Bornasco;
-Organic strawberries cultivated by the IL FUCORE’ farm of Borgonovo Val Tidone;
-Saffron, biscuits and preserves by the ERBUCCHIO farm of Santimento (Rottofreno).
