GRAPE VARIETY
This varietal wine is made from white Malvasia di Candia grapes, cultivated in the winery’s Collinetta vineyard.

VINIFICATION
The whole cluster grapes are soft-pressed immediately after picking.
The sparkling quality is obtained in the steel pressure resistant vats where the alcoholic fermentation takes place.
When the wine reaches a 7% alcohol content, it is cooled, thus blocking the fermentation, and maintaining a high sugar content.

7% vol.

SENSORIAL ANALYSIS
Pleasantly sweet and very aromatic.

PAIRING
Pairs well with all desserts and goes very well with strong cheeses.

8 – 10° C
