GRAPE VARIETY
This is a varietal wine obtained from white Malvasia di Candia grapes, historically cultivated in the Piacentine hills (Colli Piacentini).

VINIFICATION
After harvesting the grapes are whole cluster soft-pressed.
The must is fermented at controlled temperatures to maintain the intense fragrances of the varietal.
This is followed by racking in stainless steel for several months and bottling in late Spring.

ALCOHOL CONTENT
12% vol.

SENSORIAL ANALYSIS
Aromatic wine, with intense floral notes, mellow and fresh flavour.

PAIRING
Pair with tasty grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, foie gras.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
12 – 14° C
