The grapes harvested in the estate vineyards are delivered to the winery within a maximum time of 2 hours from the beginning of the harvest, weighed and immediately pressed. The white grapes still enter whole in a pneumatic press for a very soft pressing. The black grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and stored in the special wine-makers large steel containers that facilitate the pumping over and subsequent racking. The processing cellar (capacity of about 5,000 hl) is equipped with refrigerated steel tanks where the first alcoholic fermentation of white musts at controlled temperature takes place; in these steel tanks the finished wine is refined waiting for bottling ...

This is why the winery is open all year round and the tasting room with panoramic terrace awaits you from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 and from 14 to 18 Saturday from 9 to 12 and the first Sunday of each month from 10 to 13.
